Mezz has coached 27 years and spent 20 of them at Carvers Bay High School in Georgetown, SC. his team finished as Region Runner-Up this season and progressed to the Sweet 16 this year after loosing 11 seniors from last year's state quarterfinal team. He is originally from West Virginia and moved to South Carolina in 1999 after meeting my beautiful wife Luann. They are blessed with two amazing children. Asher is a Sophomore, and member of the varsity basketball team at Carvers Bay High School. Their daughter Mary Adalynn is 9 years old and in the 3rd grade. He says that he is extremely excited to share this year's All-Star experience and game with his assistant coaches Eric Morton and Byron Wigfall who are tremendous assets to our program at Carvers Bay High School. Thank you to the Pee Dee All Start game for having my staff and I join this prestigious event this year, and we appreciate all you do to promote the game of basketball, and the players and coaches who love the game and people that surround it.
